Dr. Vismaya Molly Siby is a dedicated Neonatologist with advanced training in neonatal intensive care, including the management of extremely preterm and critically ill newborns. She completed her MBBS in 2016 from MES Medical College, Perinthalmanna, and subsequently earned her DNB in Pediatrics in 2022 from the National Board of Examinations at St. Philomena Hospital, Bangalore. She has further specialized through an Indian Academy of Pediatrics (IAP) Fellowship in Neonatology.

Dr. Vismaya has extensive experience in neonatal resuscitation, advanced ventilatory support, neonatal ultrasound, and invasive neonatal procedures. She is actively involved in clinical research and the development of evidence-based protocols aimed at improving NICU outcomes.

She holds certifications in Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Neonatal Advanced Life Support (NALS) and regularly participates in continuing medical education programs and professional workshops. 

Her clinical interests include neonatal intensive care, point-of-care ultrasound, ventilator management, and neonatal resuscitation, reflecting her commitment to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care and continuous professional development.
