Dr. Thejus Kallarikkandi, a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience, serves as the Head of the Department and Senior Consultant in Critical Care Medicine at Meitra Hospital. He earned his MD in General Medicine from St. Petersburg State Medical Academy, Russia, and pursued post-graduate training in DNB Respiratory Diseases from the National Board, India. Dr. Kallarikkandi further specialized by completing the Diploma in Tuberculosis and Chest Diseases (DTCD) from NTR University, India. He holds critical care diplomas from both the Indian Society of Critical Care Medicine (IDCCM) and the European Society of Critical Care Medicine (EDIC). Additionally, he is honored as a Fellow of the American College of Chest Physicians (FCCP). 

Beyond his academic achievements, Dr. Thejus Kallarikkandi has played integral roles in the field of critical care medicine, serving as a Consultant and Deputy Chief Critical Care at Rajagiri Hospital, Ernakulam, a hospital accredited by the Joint Commission International (JCI). Following this, he worked as a consultant at the King Hamad University Hospital in Bahrain. Notably, he played a pivotal role in establishing the Critical Care Medicine division at Aster MIMS, Kottakkal, where he served as both the Consultant and Head of the department. Dr. Kallarikkandi's diverse experiences underscore his unwavering commitment to advancing critical care practices on both national and international fronts.
