Meitra Hospital Nephrology department intends to provide exhaustive care to all patients with kidney ailments. In addition to chronic kidney illnesses arising from Diabetes Mellitus, high blood pressure, kidney stone disease, renal glomerular conditions as well as inherited disorders, an entire gamut of acute renal problems including those secondary to tropical infections, envenomation and poisoning and sepsis are efficiently managed.

    Facility for automated dialyzer reprocessing.

    Separate reprocessing and storage areas for serology positive and negative patients.

    State of art water treatment unit for dialysis.

  • Peritoneal Dialysis centre

    Facility for laproscopic and open Peritoneal dialysis catheter insertion (in collaboration with Gastrosurgery depratment).

    Dedicated technician for PD training and trouble shooting.

  • Renal transplant services

    Work up and follow up of all renal transplant patients.

    Renal transplantation on site planned for in phase two.
